Kimberly and Abby new to the board

Hi! My name is Kimberly and Abby Kristen is my mini red dachshund and is 5 months old. She is smoothhaired and loves baths in the bathtub. She tries to jump in if I am running the water! I have been posting on the board a couple of times over the past few days. I think this site for new members is great and a great way to get to know others on the site and about your furkids. Abby is an only, and she, my husband and myself live in The Woodlands, Texas, right outside of Houston. I will try and see if my husband can help me post a picture of her.....

Hi Kimberly! I along with my 4 furkids (1 dachsie, Josephine) welcome you to the board. I look forward to hearing about Abby and seeing her picture. Amy (Owen's mom) is my hero! She helped me post pictures of my 2 dachsies (Punkin passed away). If you check out www.photopoint.com (http://www.photopoint.com) and put your pictures there as Amy suggested, she can tell you exactly how to put them here for us to see. It is easy (though it took me a few tries). It always helps if you write down the correct address /ubb/smilies/silly.gif .

I'm Heidi, and I have a 16 month old red sable mini, named Penny. She was 8 weeks old when we brought her home and I can barely remember life without her! In mid April, Maggie, a black and tan 'tweenie' from West Virginia came to live with us in Maine. She is 8 months old now and a real sweetheart. I love to watch the two together!
They are the first dachsies we've ever had, and it was love at first sight for all of us.
