jumpy,fast pup

Yesterday, I took Timber outside on his show lead. As we went around the driveway, he constantly tried to go very fast and sometimes, when he didn't get his way, he would jump up and make it difficult to continue. Advice, anyone?

Stop when he does it and tell him watch me,then start again give him bait or let him taste it to get him to WATCH YOU.Try moving in a straight line up and back over and over then go to a circle when you stop move to the front of him and SHOW HIM the Bait when he stands 4 square put it down to his level and let him taste it then if he is not 4 square move the hand with the bait away from him to get him to move also say STAND.
