Kaye, I posted your note to DRNA. I don't know if you are affiliated or have already contacted them, but I thought it could not hurt.

I will never understand people as long as I live. We have a number of wonderful DRNA dogs right now who were taken to kill shelters as a result of divorce. When I was divorced, my ex demanded visitation rights for the dog!! Well, their loss, our gain.
I saw the posting for these dogs on the DRNA BB this morning. Let's hope someone can get them.

Just a question...but how did they decide which two to pick???? Did they get rated on a scale of one to ten? Come on....that's like saying to your child ...."Sorry Rowan, but I love Ebin more so you have to go away now" http://dachsie.org/ubb/smilies/angryfire.gif How could you do that? http://dachsie.org/ubb/smilies/angryfire.gif

They thought the oldest who is 10 would be hard to place and her son likes the youngest the best so that was the way they figured it out.Easy for them of corse not for the other 2 dogs ,Go Figure.

Kaye, I'm sorry--I dropped the ball on this one. Kind of a hellish week. Would you please e-mail me privately and give me details about the remaining dog? If they will surrender the dog to DRNA, I'm sure the Michigan reps can get the dog out. We have good transport in Michigan. I'll forward the info you send me to the right person.
Thanks!
