Hi, my mini dachshund is almost 2 years old and almost untrained. She is able to do sit and down command but only does it for food. I was wondering if you guys can recommend me some good books on dachshund training. Sharing of training experience will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Why not try an obedience class? When you have a good trainer, they are great ways to learn how to teach your dog, and how to work with your dog as a team -not to mention socialization.
I did basic obedience classes with my guys, and I worked with them for 2 or 3 10 minute sessions everyday during the class. Now I still work with them on a weekly basis.
As for books well, try your local library. Also, I bet sitstay.com and dogwise.com have some good ones.
