My MIL sent me this recipe and I thought I'd share it with you. It's kinda filling but yummy!

UPSIDE-DOWN PIZZA

2 lb ground beef
1 C onions, chopped
15 oz can tomato sauce
1 1/2 oz pkg spaghetti sauce mix
8 oz (1 C) sour cream
8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
8 oz package crescent roll dough

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown meat and onion in a large skillet and drain. Stir in tomato sauce and spaghetti sauce mix. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Lightly grease 9x13 inch baking dish. Spoon meat mixture into dish, top with sour cream and sprinkle with cheese. Unroll crescent rolls and place over cheese. Bake uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.

I made something similar to this a few weeks ago and I told Joe I think it would be much better if we used crescent rolls.
I'm going to try this for sure!

When I first saw the title I thought it was going to be about a Dachsie scoring a piece of pizza that had gotten dropped on the floor! :D

This sounds yummy... even me, the non cooker, may try it.

Oh these recipes tempt me so much, but I only have 10 more pounds to my goal. I can't even make it for the kids, I know I'll scarf it down.
