Does anyone have a good recipe for this yummy dip. I love it and buy it all the time, but I want to learn to make it on my own. If no one knows one a website would be helpful too.

I have a fantastic artichoke dip recipe that is SO easy and tasty.
Ingredients:
1 Cup Mayonaise
1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (just the stuff in green shaker, nothing fancy)
2 Cloves Garlic
1-2 Cans Artichoke Hearts (Not marinated)
Drain the artichoke hearts and cut them up, be sure to remove any tough pieces. Put in a medium bowl.
Mince or press the garlic and mix into the artichoke hearts
Mix in mayo and cheese
Put in non metal baking dish and bake for 30-45 minutes (until brown) at 350 degrees.
YUMMY!
You could easily ad some spinach to this too.

INGREDIENTS
4 cloves garlic
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 (10 ounce) container Alfredo-style pasta sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place garlic in a small baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven 20 to 30 minutes, until soft. Remove from heat. When cool enough to touch, squeeze softened garlic from skins.
In baking dish, spread the roasted garlic, spinach, artichoke hearts, Alfredo-style pasta sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and cream cheese. Mix well.
Cover and bake in the preheated oven 30 minutes, or until cheeses are melted and bubbly. Serve warm.
I usually bake the 30 minutes and then check it. If it still seems runny I just pop it back in without the foil. It is really good with those little bagel crisp cracker things! I also never put that much garlic in...I'm not a huge garlic fan. I also don't do the baking garlic thing...I used the pre-made stuff but I included it incase you want to do it that way. My borther always asks me to make this for his birthday.

Couldn't you substitute low fat ingredients? The first recipe would be easy to convert by using the low-fat mayo or maybe yogurt?
My daughter and son in law are on Weight Watchers and my daughter does stuff like this all the time and you can't tell the difference!
