G. Gordon Liddy Says Spaying is Mutilation on his broadcast

I've never heard of this guy but is he nuts?? I guess he wants to adopt every unwanted pet out there.

I think I met his brother when I worked at the Michigan Humane Soc. the guy wanted to adopt a Collie to boot.He had 7 kids and when I told him the bitch had to be spayed before she could go home with him he went NUTS he said he wouldn't even let his wife use birth control it was unnatural and mutialtion.I said then maybe he did not need a dog if couldn't even consider spay or nuter.Then this guy told all 7 kids that I would rather kill the dog than let them have it and said he would find a FREE puppy in the paper than deal with a government run bunch that enjoyed killing and making kids cry.Which is what all 7 were doing.

Great googly-moogly! Why would anyone pay the slightest attention to anything G. Gordon Liddy has to say??? For you youngsters who have never heard of him, Liddy was a completely unrepentant Watergate participant. He's also famous for holding his hand over an open flame and not flinching as the flesh burned. While most of the other Watergaters have slipped away into well-deserved obscurity, he has managed to use his notoriety to stay just on the edges of the public perception. He's a nut! A complete loon! This is just the latest in a long line of outrageous statements.

As is the case with most sociopaths, Liddy will perceive getting a lot of letters as evidence of his importance. Nothing will change his mind. Don't write, don't call! And for heaven's sake, DON'T LISTEN!!! <IMG SRC="http://dachsie.org/ubb/cwmsmilies/cwm25.gif" border=0>

And who would ask advice of a politcal call-in show host anyway? Seems pretty goofy if you ask me.

Yeah, I was wondering the same thing myself. Why would someone ask him that question anyway?

I didn't know that about him, Pamela. Maybe a better tactic would be to complain to the radio stations who air his show. I know that there is local station who runs his show every night.

It upsets me that G. Gordon Liddy is known as a "radio talk-show host." To me he'll always be the burglar who spent more than four years in prison for breaking in to the Watergate Hotel. For those of you too young to remember, he also broke in to a psychiatrist's office to gather damaging information about one of his patients for Nixon to use against him.

I believe he also ate a rat once, or bit the head off a rat, to demonstrate his machismo. This man's views on the spaying of collies could not possibly be of interest to anyone. Anyone who listens to G. Gordon Liddy is already well beyond the reach of reason.

Another thing, when people and animals need to have surgery to save their life, I guess that is mutilation too, huh? Well, what would HE do if he need surgery? Would he be too macho to have prostate or testicular surgery??
