Toys for dachsies

Any good suggestions for toys for a dachsie that eats everything? The only toy that has survived Frieda's mouth has been the Kong, of course, and remarkably, her Hartz hamburger. Every other toy I buy seems to get destroyed in record time...the giggle ball, squeaky toys, etc. I was commiserating with a lady in the pet store one day about our dogs and their problems with toys getting eaten, the only problem was that her dog was a doberman and mine was a mini dachsie!:confused:

Well first, a big doberman is no match for a little doxie. The little doxie will win a chewing contest paws down.

We don't let them have anything that is fuzzy or fake hair. Not that they will tear it to shreads, I'm ok with that. It's what they might swallow.

Keeping a toy intact with my guys is not reality. Buddy has a big plastic squeeky fish, it's almost as big as him. Augie has me as his favorate toy to play with!

Kongs are great toys for dachshunds. To find out more info on kongs go to www.kongcompany.com Nylabones and best balls I've found have been dachsie proof toys as well.

The best ball I've found that Bugsy loves and has been unable to destroy or even make a dent in is the Hagen dur-a-ball.
