Tweenie

Hello,
I have seen the word "tweenie" used when referring to a dachsie's size. Could someone please explain this term to me. I assume it relates to size but have heard of only minature and standard. Thanks for your help!!!:dizzy:

Hi Dawn,

A Tweenie is a Dachsie that is too large to be a Mini and too small to be a Standard (AKC standard) . . . since they're in beTWEEN . . . they are referred to as Tweenies. :)
