Colors?

Many of you have read the current announcement and know that there are now several themes or colors to choose for your personal preference in viewing DBB . . . we now have Blue (like the original board), Default (the Teal we've had for some time now), Purple and VB Purple (vbulletins standard setup). Well, here's your chance to vote for which, if any colors we add for you to choose from. :)

PS - We mentioned it a while back, but I want to make sure everyone is aware . . . any member here can add a poll of their own in this forum. :spotting:

Hi mark when ever I configure a telnet windoe that has color option I like to have black text on a light blue background. I find that combination gives good contrast for my poor eyes and I can spend a long time working with that combination with minimal eye strain.

With 2 votes for Green, "right outta the shoot" . . . we added a green option . . . so if ya like green it is now available as a color choice. :)

I personally like the default teal. My poor eyes get terrible strain from many color combinations. I went through the entire list and the only thing that doesn't hurt the eyes is the normal teal. Maybe it is because the colors are more on the dull side, but the intense bright colors hurt almost immediately. Please, please don't do away with the default!!! I am on an email loops of moms (we met when we were all due the same month and have stuck together for almost 6 years now!) and have a probelm any time anyone tries to email in colors. My eyes like the normal black. Wonder why?!

This is a really old poll (from 2002) that somebody voted on yesterday, which put it back in the "New Posts" list. There should be no drastic DBB color changes. :) Unless the Super :heart: Mods get teased too much... and decide to retaliate.
