1 package (6 oz) frozen ready to serve crabmeat, thamwed and drained or 1(5 oz) frozen cooked salad shrimp, thawed and drained
1 Package shredded sharp natural cheddar cheese (4oz)
1 Package (3 oz) cream cheese, cut into 1/4 in cubes
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1 jar (2 oz) diced pimientos, drained-if desired
1/2 cup bisquick mix
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 eggs
* Now I would have to put pepper and garlic salt in there-put its not on the recipe a pinch of Ceyanne pepper might not hurt.
1. heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate, 9x 1/4 inches. Mix crabmeat, cheese, onions and pimientos in pie plate
2. Stir remaining ingredients in bowl with fork until blended/ Pour into pie plate.
3. Bake uncovered 35-40 min or until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean ( some cream cheese may stick to knife) Let stand 10 min before cuting.
* I haven't made this-my girlfriend did--I would do 1/2 crabmeat, 1/2 shrimp and if I have salmon I would add a little of that also.
