Im gonna get to drive almost a 100 miles with frito feeties in my truck...lol I dont know if they have found someone for the 1st 2legs of the trip. I got a email from Amanda Rigsby i think she may be driving part 2 not sure thought the email was unclear. Still waitting for a reply.

Not sure how to get involved with this as I'm not really officially a rescue person or anything, but I could probably help out with picking the dog up in King George and getting the little frito-feetie to Richmond....but, I'd need instructions and all...and I know you don't know me, so you'd have to trust that my intentions are good....

Hey Jen, you drive carefully. And a dozen long stemmed roses to you for the trip you will be making.
Considering the dog of choice; make that short stemmed roses! http://dachsie.org/ubb/smilies/lol.gif

Jen, have a GREAT trip!! I like transporting, unless there's snow. It's very rewarding and it's nice having a furry little passenger. Look forward to hearing all the details, but beware...I've fallen totally in love with two dogs while transporting them! http://dachsie.org/ubb/smilies/wink.gif

I'm working on making arrangements to drive the doggie As far as Richmond. Only problem right now is that the dog needs to be picked up Thursday morning at the shelter and taken to the vet..and that I'm afraid I can't manage with my work schedule. http://dachsie.org/ubb/smilies/frown.gif I've got an Email in to them though, saying I'd be thrilled to drive the little princess to Richmond on Saturday, and see if there's any possiblity that the vet visit could be Friday instead of Thursday since that I could do, if they can't find someone to do Thursday.

From what I hear, the little girl has managed to hitch a ride as part of a big transport of pups going from Florida to NJ...

She'll be getting to NC on Saturday, when Stephana meets the VA rep doing the big transport at the VA-NC border and "trades" the dogs going to NJ for this one.
