:stirpot: Well its hard for me to write a recipe as I just throw things together! I'll give you an ingredient list and go from there.
Green beans: (lots of beans ) washed and snapped- we like fresh from the
garden
Potatoes: cut up in large bite sized pieces.- with fresh new potatoes I leave
skins on.
Summer Squash: cut into large bite sized peices
carrots: fresh,canned, or frozen
onion: chopped to taste
smoked pork: Ham hocks or whatever you like.
seasoned to taste.
salt
pepper
Mrs. Dash original
Vegetable supreme
cook all day on simmer.
You can make as much as you like.... I usually make a canner full and it is gone in two days!!
