Andrea I know you were concerned about getting Queenie's story out. Here may be two very worthwhile ideas (for others, too).
There is a contest which also allows the dog's story to be told.

The other one involves a gal who is doing a book about rescues from puppy mills and is encouraging people to submit the story of their dogs.
