Easy stuffed tomato recipe?

I've got some gorgeous tomatoes and would love to 'attempt' stuffed tomatoes. Anyon ehave a great, easy recipe?

I usualy stuff mine with tuna salad. You can also stuff them with chicken salad.

cold you could probably use big tomatoes for this one.

My cousin steams spinich down, combines that with several kinds of cheese. Stuffs the tomatoes spinkles parm cheese across the top and bakes them until the tomatoes are softened.
