This is my two year old baby, Peanut, who was stolen from my yard this last Tuesday, the 21rst (there are details in my introduction letter). I miss him very much and wanted to put up his picture for everyone to see. I miss him very, very much (did I say that? I said that...it is SO HARD to lose your furbaby, it's like someone takes a piece of your heart-I think I'm still a bit addled and in shock, actually, so please excuse my tendency to say everything a million times) and I hope that if he does not find his way back home to me that he finds a home with someone who will love him. Thanks for letting me share. :D

Hi Lisa,
Hmmm . . . I can't see the pic. I checked the URL you used in the post in both IE and Netscape and the page says Page Not Found. Your method to post the pic is flawless. If you find you've mistyped the url, there is an edit button to the lower right of your post where you can change it.
We would love to see Peanut.

Dear Mark;
I'm sorry about the picture. I had seen where you suggested a couple of places to store pics online and went to photoisland.com and signed up and uploaded. Well, right after I got the email that you had responded to this I was reading the intro email from photoisland and it seems that in order to access the pics the person who wishes to view has to log in a password everytime (aaaaargh, they didn't say that on their intro page and maybe have changed that since you were there last?).
At any rate that site will not work for us on this board as you say this requires a freely accessed URL for the pics. I will try webshots later today and hopefully will successfully repost Peanut's pic. Thought you might want to know about the password requirment at photoisland as well in case anyone else using them has problems.
I am really enjoying the boards this morning, this has been such a pick me up for me, you just have no idea!:flower:

Hi Lisa,
I may be thinking of someone else, but I thought photoisland had two areas . . . one with public access and one passworded. Even so I think they limit the number of views per day. :(
I posted a url to 10 MB free space in this thread HERE (http://dachsie.org/vbb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=4654)
I hope that helps. It is not a photo album site, just free space. :D
Looking forward to seeing the Peanut, very much.
Hey Lisa . . . ya got the picture editted and displaying great!
Peanut is wonderful! But nonetheless yet another adorable Dachsie!! :love: :sunny: :heart: And he's got that L@@K down-pat! :D
Thank you for sharing your baby with us. :bounce:

Hi Mark!
I think part of the problem was I haven't posted pics to the web in awhile and forgot about size and compression and all that good stuff. I used to be a fanatic with Photoshop and Bryce and 3D graphics apps and you'd think I would, like, remember the basic-est of basics. Ah well.....I edited the original post so hopefully you can all see Peanut now. ;)
