My Babies

My babies are:
Missy my mini dachshund who is 4 mths old and is such a sweety. She came into our lives when we really needed something happy and full of life and took over. She loves everyone she meets. And she loves sleeping in the big bed.
Casey a 6 yrs old Akita/Shepherd Mix who's Momma wandered up to one of our construction sites one day and had 4 pups. He was the last pup that needed a home when I had to work on the computers at the site. This big 4 month old bundle of fur came running up to me. I called my husband (we had only been married about 6 months) and said I need this puppy. He said if thats what you want and I brought home our boy. One of the guys gave his mom a home. He's the best boy, sweet and gentle. Very protective of family. He just loves Missy and she loves him. My poor husband knew animals were part of the deal when he married me.

Missy's big buddy is a very handsome guy. Willow's best friend is also a big dog. Bubba is an airedale/shepard mix. Willow will lay on her back and Bubba spins her like a top! She loves it and begs him for "More! More! More!"

I can understand now, you can't just have one, or two...I think I can handle three dachsunds! I've gotta have another!!

My dad left me property next door to their house.
We are in the process of putting a modular home on property. (really pretty piece of land lots of trees and space and quiet) I am really excited everyone is going to love it there. Mom her GRRandpups and says she'll come over during the day and let everyone out to play while we're at work. They will love that. And they love Granma.
Once we have the space I am looking into adopting a dachsie from one of the dachshund rescues. Missy and Case are so spoiled I feel like one of those little faces deserves to know what it is to be loved and spoiled too. And I would really love two dachshunds.

Casey just lumbered in and plopped do to have a nap next to Missy and I.
