Here is my new boy! I picked him up today from a family who found him, feet up, in the street by my school, three weeks ago. They had him checked by a vet, and he was pronounced okay. They put up flyers and ran an ad in the papers, no response. They already have two large dogs, so he needed to be an outside dog with them... no more! Master Robinton (from Anne McCaffrey's Pern books) is about 5 to 6 years old, and he is a red dapple. He is getting neutered in about two weeks. The vet's office is moving and things would be too chaotic next week, anyhow! He had his healthy dog checkup and the DHLPP today. Brekke so doesn't know quite what to think about this yet.

Are his eyes ok...or is it just the picture? That spots of white look like scars rather than dapple spot... Thank you for taking care of him :cheer:

Thank you all. He is slightly dappled - the skin is white and not pink under those few white areas. He must've been in shock when found in the street, I guess. I just heard him call for Momma - gotta go. His eyes are fine - the closeup face was the last shot I took. I think he was already tired of the flash, poor baby!

What a little cutie pie!! Curiosity has me wondering - what the heck was he doing in the street feet up!! Tired & just resting? Good thing no one showed up for him...Their loss. You & Brekke are the lucky ones. :hearts:

Love that little 'tattoo' he's got!!! :D

We need to hear more about his new adventure & seeing lots of pictures of Brekke & him.
