Many ISPs offer something like 5mb or 10mb with your accounts. I can help you get the pictures there too :)

While I haven't used it for it's intended purpose my AT&T Broadband connection entitles me to some serer space to setup my own personal website. I haven't done any web pages but I have uploaded photo's there then linked to the corect url for the photo so I could show them here.

Actually... I never thought about putting users pics on my Earthlink space... I would have no problem doing that for anyone. Of course... that would be on a first come first basis...
