I remember doing this with a puppy when I was in high school. My dad was a repairman and had brought a puppy home as it's mother had been hit by a car. We had to raise it like Lester. We all took turns feeding it and wiping it up, cleaning it. I put it on my chest and held it there at night. As it grew I put an alarm clock in a box covered it up with a thick piece of fur. Then the puppy (can't remember it's name) slept much better. I also had a heating pad in the box during cold nights. Kind of funny now that I think about it. Who would've thought a teenager would do this! I was so tired when I went to school. But I didn't care! Do you know anyone that has a dog who has given birth recently? Or even a cat? Sometimes cats will let puppies sip their milk. That is once Lester's health us steady.
