I just made these for the kids and they gave them 4 paws up! Got the recipe from one of my agility friends.
2 cups Tapioca Flour (find in a health food store)
1 can 100% Pure Pumpkin (15oz)
Molasses - I used about 1 1/2 tablespoons
Mix it all together... should be a stiff but not crumbly batter.
Line a baking sheet with quick release foil
Spread batter evenly over baking sheet
cook at low temp 170 -200 degrees Fahrenheit
after 1 hour flip over ( I used a pizza cutter to cut it into 4 strips to make flipping easier)
Cook another hour or so at low temp. Will be leathery. I used the pizza cutter to cut into small squares.
Let cool before storing.
