We will be going to Missouri next year for our family reunion, and I want a stroller for the girls. I think this will be a lot easier than trying to carry around a crate the size for a Great Dane, and would provide them with shade, and more privacy, too. I was not happy last year when some idiot showed up with his pitbull off leash at the big public picnic area. It wasn't just my family, but others, with small children and some other small dogs....all on leash. He was strongly encouraged by many people to remove his dog.

I have looked online at quite a few strollers, and have seen 2 dog heavy duty strollers, but hey, I have three pups. Taffy and Mindy are 9/10 pound minis.
Daisy is a long tweenie who weighs 13.8 pounds. She is really long. I haven't found anything that would be suitable for all three of them yet.

Anyone know of a company that makes good, sturdy 3-dog strollers? It will have to travel over some rough terrain, since we will be going back to the river park again.

Our Happy Tails 3 wheeled stroller is rated for 60 pounds I believe, but I am not sure if there is enough space for 3 dogs. Some folks have adapted a child's wagon too. The old fashion wooden kind with the sides on it.

An expen would be easier to transport and give them space at the site, just the walking there to contend with.

:goodluck:

How about one of those covered kid wagons!

Wagon with wood sides are great and hold multi - dachshunds (easy to pull also) (keeps people for bothering them, like little kids poking at them). Cover the top with small tarp so sun does not become too hot for them. The back end rail section can be removed and a peice of heavy plywood with carpet on it becomes the ramp for them to get in and out. Use big heavy metal towel hooks attached to the plywood for hooking the back gate/ramp on the wagon so it is stable for them to use. (I know, sounds like a Red Neck Thing, but it works great).

Hey, I've been thinking baby carriage, so this is another alternative. The dh thinks a stroller is definitely better than trying to deal with the crate at the park again. Lifting them in and out is not a problem, after all, Daisy only weighs right at 14 lbs, and she is our heaviest. We have bag carriers, and occassionally use them, and literally carry them on our shoulders, like purses.
But wheels would be sooooo much better. I would even look at luggage, if it was feasible.

PM me if you're interested in it. Im very negotiable in price. Let me know
It's been used once...and Zach hated it and wouldnt stay in it. So we just rolled it around Cover Bridge one year to hold our bags.

Thanks!
