You know I was looking at his pics last night...and became sick to my stomach that the other 3 in his litter were allowed to die...they could have all be saved, if not for greed, bad choices, lack of care...whatever the reason... it is so sad.

YAY, I couldn't wait to open this thread. He is just such a cutie and getting so big. I love him cuddling with I think Pi? She sure is a great momma/sis to him and I just new that foster mom couldn't let him go. Gosh what a fighter and he sure has come along way. What are the updates about his eye? Are you all waiting until his neuter? Either way he is absolutley gorgeous and I just love his little nose :) Thanks for the Lester fix, I just can't get over how big he is :)

I just spent the last hour and a half reading all the posts about Lester. (We don't have high speed internet so loading takes forever). What an amazing story. The only thing I couldn't find is where Lester came from, could someone fill me in? What a lucky little dog he is to have found such a wonderful Mom. Lester came from a breeder when he was about 7 days old. The breeder couldn't take care of the puppies because she had to work and the mama dog wouldn't feed them. When the breeder 1st contacted us there were 4 pups, but she wasn't ready to give them up, she gave them to her friend to feed....well 4 days later she called and asked us if we wanted him because he was on deaths door and the other pups didn't make it. :faint:

So glad the Lester has such a good family. He is definiately loved. I just adore to way the one is kinda holding him near. He looks so much better then he did and is growing so well. I am sad also that the others died, but at least this special boy lives on.

has a heart shaped natural black mark on his side in the last picture! Isn't that cool!!!! :sillylove: I had to get my Lester fix and check out the pictures again and just noticed it! Wow! He is a special pupper with special markings. :flower1:
