This is a picture of Rudy last week at 17 months of age. I will be adding more pictures to his Webshots alblum in a few days. He's as cute as a teddy bear himself!

ok, so now I'll stop bragging .........but only for awhile. We just enjoy our dachsie so much and enjoy sharing his pictures with everyone. We have some new neighbors moving in a couple houses down and across the street and I think they have a smooth dachshund. After they get moved in I think I'll take Rudy over to meet them. He really loves other dogs and when he sees its a dachshund he's going to get really excited. Its funny when we have the Animal Planet channel on tv - Rudy always knows when there is dachshund on, he is able to distinguish them between all other dogs and he always has to bark at them. Do any of your dachshunds do this?

I checked out the rest of your photos too and they are all so great. I even left you a message. I hope that Rudy makes a new friend in the hood!:greensq: Someone was saying the other day that dogs and cats can't see what is on the TV. But I have had dogs and cats both that liked certain shows. :book: They must have forgot to read the book that they can't see it. Of course it could be just the movements. Or the sounds, but do doxies have a German accent that they can distinguise. But then why do they????? like some over others Hey???? makes ya wonder if there's a conspiracy going on somewhere. I can't spell so - oh well:sarcastic
:thinker: :stubborn: I of course understand the doxie German stubborness. :dizzy: I have inherited that myself. :scratch:Sometimes I think my dogs match me a little to much! :bounce2:
