He doesn't care too much for photo taking...as you can tell! :( He also hasn't been quite up to par lately, either. I had to take him to the Vet this a.m. & leave him for a couple of things he needed done...he will be under anesthia, so always worry more...leaving him alone somewhere is always a BIG worry to me...I just love him so much!! Would appreciate everyone saying a little prayer or two for Willy...am sure he will be fine, but every prayer helps ensure that. :) And also that this will be his last visit for awhile...I'd like to see him back to his usual ornery feeling like the little devil he is self once again!! :D Thank you.

Willy is there for ears to be flushed & anal gland excretion. Poor baby got problems on both ends. :( I just called & they were getting ready to do him...running late, lots of surgeries & a couple of emergencies....I was really hoping to hear he was fine. :(

Willy is home & still groggy from the anethesia. Sure missed him!! He has a very serious ear infection, especially in the left ear. He got a steroid shot to help the inflammation of the ear drum. He is on a new antibiotic for 10 days, then goes back for check-up. These drops are put farther in the ear with a "nozzle"...and he really fusses about letting me do them. :crying: I got him a new Lambie for his day in the hospital...he really likes it!! :D

Willy is so cute - I love his pictures - those sad eyes will get ya though - Rudy has them too. I know it won't be long until Willy is feeling better since he got a shot and some medicine to take care of the problem and I'm sure he will get lots of Tender Loving Care from his mom - that is sure to help.

I hope Willy gets much better fast. Those darn ears can cause more problems. I check ears everyother week. I have an ear sucker, it drives my roomate nuts. It's one of those doxie things. :sarcastic
I love your ragdoll also. What a beautiful kitty. If it wasn't for all the hair! :sad: I would love one, but I had a White Angora for 11 years. OMG the hair! :laugh: But when you have 6 dogs at the time and one was a sheltie. The house was always one big fuzz ball. Doesn't make me not want to get another one or else a Ragdoll would be so nice. I actually turned down a purbreed Himy! Did you know you can get worse allergies as you get older. What a bummer if your an animal nut.:nuts:

Willy seems to be doing better now. Sure am glad. :) He really hates these drops...maybe that is a good sign they are working?! :lol: Sure hope so!! I feel like such an awful Mommy when he is sick...especially when he has to go to Vet & anethesia on top of that!! :crying: Wish us luck on the 17th when he goes back to be checked...hope he gets a clean bill of health!!! Then we will both be doing this :bounce: with joy!!

Anyway I just wanted to let you know, that by saying ear sucker I mean it litterally. My Con will actually grab Chewy's ear to suck on it. With the long hair it gets very gross. Also then he has a tendency to get more ear infections. My Ozcar used to do it too, my greyhound just loved it. What a combo, but it seemed to be just what an old neglected dog needed. I am sure if it wasn't for Oz, Minky the greyhound wouldn't have lived as long as he did. Hay Oz would actually lick Minky's hole body clean, then lay down and suck on his ears. Yuck!!!
As far as infections I get panalog from the vet. In between I use a basic cleaner, from the vets office.

Casey sends nose licks, and I'm sending lots of prayers and hugs. With all the prayers I am sure he'll be feeling like his old self in no time. Take good care of the boy, then put him in God's hands and know he will heal him and he will.

We will send some colorado rays and if we can figure out how to get it there some of our dr air. Ear prolems are rather rare here and I suspece part of teh reason for that is our relativelylow humidity level.

Willy's ears seem to be doing better. His digging at them has almost stopped...I just see him do it right after I put drops in...can't say I wouldn't be doing the same myself...must feel pretty weird. Anyway, I am glad for this...and am really hoping for a clean bill of health the 17th!!
Thanks for all the kind words of encouragement & best wishes. I just love him so much...hard to bear when he's under the weather.
Speaking of weather...we had a beautiful day today & he was able to go with me when I had to run errands...two trips out...plus all his little potty walks...he was in puppy heaven!! :bounce: He loves outdoors...been a long Winter on him, bless his little heart. He's more happy to see Spring coming than I am...now that's pretty dang happy!!!!:flower: :bounce: :D
