I made some Jelly but it didn't set any quick fixes or do I have to do it all over again from the begining:temper:

How did you can it? Boil to a temp, then process in a water bath? If so....
I have had jelly that didn't set up as thick as I thought it should be 24 hours later. I unsealed my jars, threw out the lids (not the seals), reboiled it, and reprocessed in a water bath. No issues, set up perfectly the second time.

If it was the no-cook type just wait a day or two longer and see if it improves. Generally speaking for that type of jelly/jam there's no fix to non-setting.
Soft jellies and jams make good ice cream toppings, though. No need to toss.
