I spoke to animal control. They are going to send a police officer over there today to access the situation.

I hope they can shut this mill down. I read your post about your new puppy and I agree that it is heartbreaking to see dogs abused this way. Keep us posted!!:pray:

Just an email stating that they would get an officer there today. I just emailed them back, to ask them what came of it. Will update.

With no response from animal control yet, I'd go ahead and contact a rescue and let them make a move.

I think you have more luck getting these guys out of the mill by letting a rescue person go there to buy a dog than anything. If there is anything I can do let me know--phone calls etc, I know someone from valley dogs rescue.

I contacted the rescue I foster form but your more than welcome to let them know too. The more people working on the better I say.

I just called them for an update. They said they get so many calls for this every day, that they can not give one . That is so sad.He did say since they sent an officer, that it will be a priority.

The rescue I work with, just filed the same report I did.

I sent a PM to the rescue girl but haven't heard anything either. You might contact the sheriffs dept--they usually take care of county stuff. Remember that would be the sheriff with the pink underwear. :) I'd like to see these little guys get their freedom before the holidays.
