As my second graders would say, "Cool beans!" LOL - after reading the other replies to the frito salad post, I had to make a taco salad on Sunday afternoon! With Vidalia onion, sour cream, lime tortilla chips, and lots of diced tomato. I used Russian salad dressing - already open!
