Dis bein' Agent Little Bird, Records Officer, DWD.
I be openin' a new Secure DWD Network fer official communiques 'n' announcement-type stuff. Please continue to submit yer reports to da current Com Center.
Due to da tragic loss of dis Officer's support staff in the later months of '08, I was forced deep, deep undercover. Without my security team fer back up (both operatives having passed to Da Bridge after years of dedicated service to help our cause although neither bein' of the Dachshund persuasion) I have been fearin' greatly for my safety 'n' da security of da records of da DWD! When possible I will post a detailed report of dis tryin' time to da Com Center.
Dis new, even more top-secret-type Network has been created after months of careful plannin' and scemin' by Dis Humble Officer whilest I was under da deep covers.
So after dis brief explainin' I would like to request a review of Da DWD Code Book by all Agents 'n' AIT's. Report any changes, corrections, additions that may be needed after my long forced absence to dis Agent. Either here at the Uber-Super-Duper Top Secret DWD Network or through a private communique to dis Officer.
