Remembering Copper

Now that the day has quieted down its time to sit here and reflect. Three years ago today Copper died. How can it be three years already? My life is full with Oscar, Elvis, and Misty but there is the hole there for Copper. He would love Oscar and Elvis but I could see him and Elvis in a contest to see who's top dog. I'm still always amazed at certain things Oscar does that Copper use to do.

I miss you little man but I take comfort that you are running around in heaven playing and not in any pain. You will never be forgotten. I love you.

He was lucky - he had two homes and two moms. It was so devestaing when he got hurt and then died. But I do take comfort knowing he is running around all over heaven. Thank you all for your kind words.
