We are taking all three to the lake this weekend with us. It went well last year except for Miss Vanna losing a toenail and Joey flaring up his back on the stairs! But this year she won't be allowed on the stairs she tore her toenail on and we have a baby gate this time to keep wild man Joey from flying down the wood steps to the water:wonky:

I also bought a pack n play to throw them in when needed. . We are going to our best friends mom's house at the lake with their entire family for Q's 10th bday party. So it will be at least 6 or 7 boys under age 10 and one 2 yr old little girl so when she's down on the floor, the pups will probably be put in their little play pen. . .

We leave tomorrow and come home Sunday so it won't be too bad, just hot! Mid-90s all weekend.

If you can toss in a fan, it might not be a bad idea. All that doxie body heat could get warm in the play pen.

Sounds like you guys are going to have a great time. We are expecting a snow storm next Wed. oh I cant wait until summer.

I, too, saw the "I'm going to the lake..." and thought "what lake are you going to where it will be in the 90's??????? Just think, it is summer DownUnder. If we were snorkeling on the Great Barrier Reef, we would be nice and warm right now. Oh well, can't take our dogs there, so who wants to go? :crazy:
