Help pick a name for our new girl. . . .

We have come up with a list of some names (along with the meanings of some of them) we like, but we can't decide on a name at all. We are also up for suggestions that aren't on the list if any of you can think of some names that might suit our little girl. You can view her other pics in the brag book "More updated photos of the yet unnamed furkid." She is very sweet and lovey. . . .she loves to give kisses. . .these are just a few things about her.

I voted for Kyra (I assume it's pronouced Keera?) It sounds sweet, and I like the meaning!

I love Nazneen - the meaning is appropriate, but I am curious - what is the origin of it?

the origin is Farsi. I like that name too, but we sometimes end up shortening the name (Ozzy. . .to Oz) and I can't think of a short verison for that praticular name. . . .can you??

How are you pronouncing Kyra?

It's similar to the name I had picked for my second born- but, it turned out to be a boy. Had he been a girl, it would've been 'Keira' (pronounced 'Keh-ra'). My second choice was 'Calia' ('Ca-lee-ah').
