Wrinkles first time out!

This was Wrink's first time out this year as a special.....and we won both days! We only did 2 days on a 4 day circuit for 2 reasons. One reason is I thought that was all I should try with Wrink as I have worked really hard to get his head on straight for this (he doesn't like conformation showing) and the other reason is I was travelling with 4 nearly 10 week old puppies - now down to 3 as the co-breeder picked her pick puppy - and that was all I wanted to have them out.

The babies behaved quite well for babies :) And Trance, the fluffy chinchilla one made QUITE the hit !!!

And Wrinkles won both days and beat the #2 or #3 ranked wire (according to the handler) on the the second day. I was very proud of him!!!!!!

We are still floating! We have been working VERY hard to get Wrink to accept men on the table approaching him since he *lost his head* and it certainly has paid off. Now if we can get him to enjoy *strutting his stuff* he will be unstoppable. I am really proud of him as he is truly * a standard in miniature!*

Yeah Wrinkles!!!! Glad someone did something somewhere this week end.We took the NEW trailer out to test it close to home in Kalamazoo did all 4 days and found some kincks we need to get worked out on the trailer. Took ALL 9 dogs showed only 2 Lily (needs only 4 singles to finish) and Lola ( needs everything plus some more training). The BIG GUNS came in and swept most of all the classes in Long,Smooth and Wires. So we have to find more shows to finish Lily and Lola goes back to classes.We also ended up coming home with a dog to get to someone else to be bred so TUDOX is more like TENDOX right now.:dizzy:

you aren't supposed to have sticky fingers when it comes to dogs :)....I did the opposite. Went with 6 and came home with 4 :) Then when I got home, that very next day one of the puppies was going on a sleepover for the night and it went so well she stayed :(. That is what happens I guess when you raise them confidently.....Trance is a very confident girl and was so happy by herself her mother asked if *it was OK if she kept her longer?* Isn't that sweet?

Anyway, I'm now down to the two boys. Maru wants a performance home <g>

What big boys came in to play? Course with a 4 day weekend I'm sure you were expecting at least a few someone's to come in.

Hopefully just small kinks in the trailer? Doesn't sound like anything MAJOR <G> sorry, no pun intended.
