You are close! :)

The address you used in the IMG tags is the location of your album, and not a specific picture. What you need to do from there is click on the picture you want here... so the picture is on the right hand side. Once that pic is on the right hand side RIGHT CLICK the image and select PROPERTIES. Copy the Address (URL) to your clipboard and put that in the IMG tags (or click the image button above). You will end up with
