I am missing Stumpy. Just as I was Copper's Other Mom, I was Stumpy's Other Mom. Stumpy was the talker out of all the fur kids. It's so quiet now.

I am new here, so didn't know Stumpy. But I know how sad it is. My condolences on your loss, and wishes for keeping those good memories close to your heart.

I understand exactly how you are feeling losing our Billi not so long ago. Billi always told me when the water dish was empty, she would bark and bark until I filled it back up.

I can relate. I'm sorry for your loss. Please try to remember the good things! That's what Stumpy would want. He's now in a place of pure love.

I'm sorry, Tina. We were all pulling for him.....what a sweet and cute lil' man he was. He sure was loved and adored, one of the lucky ones....to have such a loving family. I know, he is frolicking thru the daisies with all our angel furbabies. :hearts: (((hugs))) :hearts:

I appreciate each and every kind word that has been expressed to me in this time.
Stumpy was quite the character. When he was feeling ignored he sure let you know it. When he just wanted to talk to you he would plop down at your feet and talk to you. When his Mama would come home he would grab one of the million squeak toys laying around and run to the gate to greet her and drop the toy at her feet. It was his way of welcoming her home.
I will treasure every moment of the 11 years he was with our family. There will never be another one like him. I know he's running around now back healthy and he has lots of friends playing with him now.
I really, really miss him.

:hugs: Tina - I know that your heart is aching right now. It seems like the tears will never end. Take it one day at a time, and know that we share your sorrow. Stumpy was deeply loved...:hugs:

I am so sorry for your loss. Stumpy was loved and that's obvious from the way you write about him............
Run free, little Stumpy and greet all of my guys behind the rainbow........

It is so obvious just from reading what you write, how much your heart is breaking. I wish there were a magic wand to wave and make it not so bad.
One day, you will be able to think of all the good things without having all the pain.

The vet sent me and Mama a sympathy card. It's beautiful. What a nice thing for her and her staff to do.
