I would like to apologise for not being on the board too much in the past few days.
I have "Dachsie Disease" (sciatica) and am on anti-inflamatories and pain killers (at least I didn't have to crawl into the crate!)
I am so glad that Cooper can manage to get around on his own because I am unable to carry him at the moment!
I am now well aware of the pain our little ones suffer when they have back problems.
Maybe a few Dachsie Rayz might help.

I wish I could make these supersize for Human Healing Rayz... but the small ones will have to do!

I am so sorry Pauline! Been there, done that. The thing that helped me the most was doing exercises to relieve the pressure on the nerve by stretching the discs apart (laying on the floor on your back with knees bent). We are sending lots and lots of rays to help!

:rayz: :rayz: :rayz: :rayz: :rayz: :rayz: headed your way. If you can lay flat on the floor lift you right leg and hip over as far as you can and touch your toes of your right foot to the floor and move your left arm over to the opposite direction as far as you can. Then switch left leg and right arm. That is what my chiropractor father in law has me do when my back and joints feel tight. It loosens the pressure.
Hope it helps. Feel better soon. We all care about you Pauline and want you well as soon as possible.
Pauline,
Sorry to hear about your back problem. Sending prayers, postive thoughts and lots of rayz :rayz: :rayz: :rayz: :rayz: from CA
Wishing you a speedy recovery. :bounce:

Thanks for all the Rayz! They have worked!
I am feeling much better, and have almost full movement in my back.
The puppers have enjoyed having me laying around for a few days, and I have never been lonely!

Glad to hear that you are feeling better. Watch lifting and twisting (that is how I always do it!). Everyone always tells me to lift with my legs and not my back... doesn't help once you have done it!
Be careful... your puppers need you to be well!
