Smell of beer scares Chewy!

I noticed something this weekend about Chewy. We had our 1st anniversery on Sunday and moveed into a new house. So on Saturday we had a party to celebrate. We have had parties since we got Chewy and he has done really well. And he did fine until people started drinking. This is the first party he has been to where we served drinks. I think he smelled the achohol and it scared him. I thought maybe the people that had him before us may have become violant when they drank. Has anyone ever experianced this in a rescue?

As I was writing this Chewy and Alfred started to play together! This is the first time since we got Chewy that Alfred has played with him! :)

My two rescues don't seem to like the smell (or taste) of beer, but they don't fear it either. It's great that Chewy and Alfred are playing together!
