The doc called today with the results of all of The Madderoo's tests on Saturday. The x-ray showed
negative as to crystals or stones in her urine and bladder. Also tests came back negative for
infection. The only thing that was different but not a concern was that her urine was a bit diluted
which just means she's been drinking her water. As I mentioned before, the vet put her on medicine
to tighten her sphincter muscles. So far so good! Remember, she had puppies at a very young age
and those who know her know how tiny she is. Muscles may have gotten weak and a bit stretched
out. At any rate, she has not had any accidents since she's been on the med. Of course, mommy
has been off this week and she along with Dollers has gotten oodles of attention. The real test will
come when I go back to work next Tues. Then we'll see if it IS the muscles or we have a bit of a
behavioral problem. Let's hope it's the medicine that's working!!! Thanks for all your rays for my
littlest doglet.

Well, those test results are good news, as is Maddie's response to the meds. Keeping fingers crossed that the problem is under control for real! http://dachsie.org/ubb/smilies/biggrin.gif

Glad to hear that the medicine seems to be helping Miss Madders. She has come a long way from her former home! Rena
