This was discussed somewhere here, but I cant remember where. Anyway, www.dachshund.org (http://www.dachshund.org) updated their site with a link for the tea tree oil warning.

This reminds me of a series of resort post cards that were popular when I was a kid--no matter what the drawing, the caption was always the same: "Everything I love is illegal, bad for me, or fattening."

Thanks for the heads-up, you guys. Being of a scientific bent, I never take anything at face value, so will investigate further. I've been using the foam shampoo, which contains tea tree oil, for years--and it does wonders for Peaches's coat. I wonder if dose has anything to do with it.

Anyway, I'll stop using it for now and report on what I find out when I find it out!
