The only toy we can get AJ to play with is a fury ball with a tail that my uncle gave us, but he likes to chew on everything else but his toys.
Galileo bones and a rope toy. Nothing else lasts more than 3 minutes, so we quit trying. :D

AJ has a crazy squirrel. Missy loves all her toys but her crazy squirrel tail (she and Zeke each have one) and her froggie are her favorites. Zeke prefers the big squeaky groundhog, the bungee cow, and the tug rope.

Mine all love rawhide cheweez and real bones, but Miller and Cash like stuffies too. Miller's favorites are the squirrel, hedgehog and lately a red thing (I don't know what it is, it looks like a space alien) that was in a basket I bought at the Halloweiner party and a hot dog that was also in the basket.

Our two LOVE toys, any toys, really. Squeaky toys take top notch around here, though- followed by tasty, chewy things, tennis balls, and anything that can be disassembled with doxie teeth.
They have a squeaky squirrel and a squeaky chipmunk that have been without their sqeakers for a long time, now- and never had stuffing- that are beloved toys. They sleep with the tattered things during the day and cart them around the apartment. They're so ugly and disgusting looking- but they would miss them if I tossed them, so they'll get to keep them a little longer. :sarcastic
I bought some kitty toys for a cat we were babysitting a month ago- and the little scratching post with a fluff ball mounted on a long spring drove the dogs bonkers! I almost kept it for them!! :D

López loves balls, the bigger the better. He loves pushing them along with his nose. It's really cute. :)

- correction - Sabastian LOVES tennis balls! We play fetch for hours and hours and hours. When he was a puppy he would play fetch until he dropped. He also loves his Kong - the only toy he still has from when he was a puppy. Then there is the 1/2 gal plastic milk jug! This is so funny. Every time I wash one out he has to have it. I started saving them under the sink so I would always have one for him. It takes him about 2 weeks to get one to the point that we need to replace it. He carries a brand new one around like a trophy. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to get a picture of this yet - but will try.
So, in order of importance: Tennis ball, Kong then Milk Jug

Mine like balls, any size, color, or texture. Tennis balls are the favorite, the fuzz is fun to tear off so I wind up with bald tennis balls. The next favorite thing would be vinyl sqeekie toys, the squeeker is fun to tear out as is ears, noses or feet depending on the character. After that it has to be their fleece blankets, but to drag around the place instead of chew. The last resort are the kongs, with treats packed in side. Mirri likes to try to chew the whole bigger on the small end. Misty likes to roll them around the room, Magic my greedy girl wants all three and will lay on them to make sure the other two will not get to them. What a trio!

Charlie loves a stuffed bird that squeaks!!! Sometimes he squeezes it so much that I think it's one of my kids doing it.

My two younger dogs love sqeaky toys, mostly furry, some that are not furry. They also love this cat toy mouse that if you pull the string, the mouse walks across the floor. Both, Juney and Trixie learned to pull the string. They hold the mouse and attack the string as it is going back in. :D

ALL TOYS! ALL THE TIME!! They like everything. But all the tennis balls have disappeared. We had 5.:confused: Too big to swallow.. must be under something.:D

they don't really like the hard Nylabones. But anything else (rope bones, squeakers, Greenies, rawhide, dentabones, balls) is good. Actually, they move the Nylabones around, just don't play with them very long.

Lunchbox also likes a variety of toys, but he LOVES his nylabones. We got him a giant turkey leg nylabone and the two boys fight over it constantly! The galileo bones are great too. He likes balls, stuffed animals (with squeakers of course) and plenty of Kongs! I have to limit what I can give him since Bueller usually shreds anything he can.:mad:

Ours have slept with a squirrel since day one. I bought a medium sized one since the teeny one looks like road kill, but still haven't had the heart to pitch the original. Trenyce prefers her squeaky teeny cow, and Ruben wouldn't be without his football. (I have spares of those.) They fight over the stuffed snake, and any other soft, squeaky toys. They haven't touched their kongs or nylabones. They don't roll balls yet, but might fetch them. Ruben ruins anything with tennis ball fabric, so those are short term toys.
This week the favorite "toy" is "the hat of evil," an old baseball cap that my husband allows them to yank off of his head, and run off with.

Ours love the rolled pig ears almost as much as the regular ones.
After the last bag of regular pig ears still had HAIR and tattoos, REALLY disgusting (but they liked 'em fine), I just can't go back to those!

Twix loves and I mean LOVES a chew that I get from sitstay.com. They are called macho stix. Those are the only thing I have found for her to chew on that she doesn't destroy or devour in minutes. I think she must have the most powerful jaws of any dachsie out there!! One of her other favorites is an empty pop bottle. I am not sure why she likes those but I think it might be the sound they make. It sure is fun to watch her chase that thing around until she can get a hold of it!

toys here unless made out of steel.
Kamper destroys them in seconds. Any chew bone is not allowed as it leads to fights.
SO we do have some ropes and hard rubber rings. Kamper has not destroyed those yet.
Benjamin has some stuffed animals and squeaky toys in his x-pen so that we can keep them from the destroyer.
When benjamin wants to chew I put him in the pen and let him go to town on his toys.
He enjoys that.
