Stupid and cruel, he could of restrained a 15 pound puppy from getting to his son if his story is relevant. But kicking the dog to death? That's beyond what I consider common sense.

It should have been easy to restrain a 15 pound puppy. Grrr. At least the judge found that he shouldn't be a dog owner... right... "The defendant has neither the knowledge, common sense or patience to be a dog owner.''
